This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services provided by LOMOSERVICE LTD (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

We aim to provide high-quality services and fair treatment to all customers in accordance with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Eligibility for Refunds

Services Not Yet Delivered

If you cancel a booking before the service has been delivered, you may be eligible for a refund.

Refund eligibility may depend on:

  • The timing of your cancellation
  • Whether costs have already been incurred
  • Whether work has already commenced

If no work has started and no costs have been incurred, a full refund may be issued.

If administrative work or preparation has already begun, a partial refund may be issued.


Services Already Delivered

Once a service has been fully completed, refunds will not normally be issued unless:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed
  • The service was materially defective
  • We have breached our contractual obligations

If you believe there is an issue with the service provided, you must contact us within 7 days of service completion.

We will investigate the matter and may offer:

  • A correction or re-performance of the service
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund (where appropriate)

Digital or Custom Services

Where services are customised, personalised, or tailored to your specific requirements, refunds may not be available once work has commenced.

If you expressly agree for work to begin within the 14-day cooling-off period, you acknowledge that:

  • You may lose your right to cancel once the service is fully performed
  • You may be liable for reasonable costs if cancellation occurs after work has started

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Consumers Only)

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

However, this right may not apply if:

  • The service has been fully performed with your consent
  • You requested immediate commencement of services
  • The service is customised or personalised

To exercise your cancellation right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of purchase.


Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after service completion
  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by the customer

Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider
  • Transaction fees charged by third-party payment processors may be deducted where applicable

We process payments securely via Stripe and PayPal. Refund timing may vary depending on their processing procedures.


Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have any concerns about a transaction, we strongly encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorised or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of future services and may be contested with supporting evidence.
